Wir liegen seit 2 Tagen im Hafen von La Linea, genießen die Ruhe und gehen es etwas entspannter an. Zwar fangen wir schon mit den Vorbereitungen für die Trans-Med an, aber wir nehmen uns zwischendurch auch die Zeit für kleine Gedankenfluchten.
Am Samstag kommt die restliche Crew für die Trans-Med bis nach Griechenland und das Schiff muss wieder ein wenig präsentabler gemacht werden. Also, alle Kabinen und den Salon auf Vordermann bringen, Segel checken, Motoren checken, Einkäufe erledigen, Wetter für die kommenden Tage checken, Törnplanung entsprechend finalisieren, etc.
Maren wird uns noch bis Mallorca begleiten, danach sind wir dann zu viert unterwegs. Wir nähern uns dem Frühsommer langsam an und die Temperarturen werden angenehmer, man kann schon mal ohne Fleece-Jacke auf der Flybridge sitzen...
Also, auf zu neuen Abenteuern!
We have been moored in the port of La Linea for two days now, enjoying the peace and quiet and taking a more relaxed approach. Although we are already starting with the preparations for the Trans-Med, we are also taking the time in between for little escapes of thought.
On Saturday, the rest of the crew for the Trans-Med will arrive in Greece and the ship has to be made a little more presentable again. So, all cabins and the saloon have to be brought up to scratch, sails have to be checked, engines have to be checked, shopping has to be done, the weather for the next days has to be checked, the sailing schedule has to be finalised, etc.
Maren will accompany us until Mallorca, after that it will be just the four of us. We are slowly approaching early summer and the temperatures are becoming more pleasant, you can even sit on the flybridge without a fleece jacket...
So, off to new adventures!
